Just 2 miles
Walked with Neighbour tonight. Tackled the super Monster hill. Carrying groceries. I haven't walked up that hill in almost 4 years. It felt good to do it without stopping.
I am getting stronger.

Did my routine at the club tonight then 2.6 miles on the elliptical trainer.
Now I am sitting here wanting to eat a snack. I must.not.eat.

3 Miles
Neighbour and I walked for the first time in days (she has been ill). Anyway, I wore my new handy-dandy heart rate monitor and let me tell you, I severely under estimated how hard I was working. Walking up hills is fine but that is only about 30% of our walking. The rest is downhill or flat ground and my hr is nowhere near where it should be. Time to revamp our route to give us more/longer/steeper hills.

A whole lot of time with no exercise
but back today:
30 minutes cardio (ellip)
free weights with trainer. She showed us some new exercises using the weights. Anyway, I need to ensure I go 3x/week. Terry is off on vacation (as is our trainer) so no working with them until July 18th!

An extra day of working out because I have not lost any weight!
Fri: 23 mins of ellipitical trainer (1.62 miles), ab work
Then I went to buy a hr monitor because I have such poor circulation in my arms/hands due to thoracic outlet syndrome that I can never get the hr sensors located on the handles of the ellipitical trainers to work properly.

June 13: Worked out with trainer on free weights then 25 mins of elliptical trainer (1.5 miles). Next week we have our first weigh-in and body fat analysis. I have lost NO weight but I am hoping some fat has changed to muscle.

June 10 - 10 mins on treadmill, free weight exercises, ab work, 20 mins on elliptical trainer

June 6: Met with personal trainer. 10 mins warm-up on treadmill. Free weights and pulley weights. Worked on abs, back, triceps, shoulders. Then 30 minutes on elliptical trainer.
