June 4: No exercise
June 5: Walked 3 miles with neighbour
June 6: Met with personal trainer. 10 mins warm-up on treadmill. Free weights and pulley weights. Worked on abs, back, triceps, shoulders. Then 30 minutes on elliptical trainer.
