Exercise!
I have been working out but just not loggin it.

My routine:

pec fly40lb 2x15
seated row 90lb 2x15
tricep press 75lb 2x15
super pullover (I did not do this today)
abdominal machine 40lb 2x15
"monster walk" (30 steps each side)
squat 2x10
plié 2x10
bicep curl with pilates band (2x15)
"side dip" 15 each side
"toe taps" 20
side crunch 15
ball drop (lying down, dropping exercise ball and catching it with feet) 20

elliptical trainer 25 minutes
