Chronicles of the Pez's GET FIT in Oh-Six Regime:

June 13: Worked out with trainer on free weights then 25 mins of elliptical trainer (1.5 miles). Next week we have our first weigh-in and body fat analysis. I have lost NO weight but I am hoping some fat has changed to muscle.
