Finally some progress
Tonight was the last session with a personal trainer. Both T and I forgot to drink the gallon of water or whatever it is needed to measure body fat stuff so we just did measurements with a tape and on a scale.
I have lost *5.4* pounds! WOW! I am so excited. Nowhere near what was my goal but that was clearly unrealistic given that I was not willing to change my diet.
Anyway, I lost inches too. And I am so excited to keep this exercise up!
Tonight: weights/resistance training, abs, elliptical trainer (just 15 mins)
Last night: walked 3 miles with Neighbour

8/24 - walked around Seattle Center for hours (I then went to work out at the club but decided I needed pampering instead so I soaked in the whirlpool and gave myself a deep conditioning hair treatment.

8.20 - 30 mins on elliptical trainer, free weights, ab work and I shall be walking 3 miles with Neighbour.

Slowly but surely
I have lost a couple of pounds. My legs look great (they are strong) and my posture has improved. Just one session left with the trainer.
Tonight she showed us some great exercises to do at home with a pilates band. And some new (hard, very hard) ab exercises.
Then I did 28 mins on ellipital trainer.
Last night, walked with Neighbour - 3 miles.
Not much else during the previous week except for the long (slow) walk to the beach when we were camping.

Worked out last night with trainer. First time since LAST Tuesday. I am looking forward to school starting so I can go more often!
Walked with Neighbour Monday night, Sunday night, Saturday night and Friday night. No walking the rest of the week before.
