Slowly but surely
I have lost a couple of pounds. My legs look great (they are strong) and my posture has improved. Just one session left with the trainer.
Tonight she showed us some great exercises to do at home with a pilates band. And some new (hard, very hard) ab exercises.
Then I did 28 mins on ellipital trainer.
Last night, walked with Neighbour - 3 miles.
Not much else during the previous week except for the long (slow) walk to the beach when we were camping.
