Honestly, I have been exercising but not posting...
Let's see....I worked out on Monday of this week (Feb 11) as well as Friday, Feb 8th. I did cardio (elliptical trainer and bike as well as some running on the treadmill). I did arm work and ab work. I have also been doing some ab work at home when I think about it as well as facial exercises. ;)
