30 minutes interval running on treadmill
ab work
some weights (need to build up my strength again!).
Then I had a nice looooong shower where I did not have to worry about emptying the hot water heater. I felt a little guilty but then remembered that I pay a pretty penny to belong to this club (and pushed aside any guilt thoughts of conserving water).

Ok, I am dusting off this blog because I actually have something to post!
Today, I went to the gym to work out (rather than just splash in the pool with the kids).
25 mins cardio (elliptical trainer)
ab work
arm work
That is it though. Kicked my big behind, that work out did.
Baby steps though. I am just happy to be back.
