Oops
Up 1.6 pounds.  I fell off the roof which would account for some of it but mostly I think it was the bbq on friday night at Laurie's and perhaps all of the little boxes of smarties which I have been diving into.  
Better luck to me this week.

I took a Circuit Training class today.  I am going to very, very sore tomorrow.  But, I did get a great workout.

No exercise in a couple of weeks.  Ugh.  Friday I am going to try out a cross-training class so we'll see how that goes.
I am down 7.2 pounds so far.  Just 7.7 more to reach the top of my weight range (but another 7 to get to the "old" top range weight which is also my current goal).

I joined WW two weeks ago. I lost 2.2 pounds the first week following the Flex plan and 2.8 pounds this past week following Core plan.  I think the Core plan is good for me because it makes me make better food choices.
Anyway, I am now 9.9 pounds away from the top of my weight range.  :)

Step101 class rocks!  I still am trying to get a hold of all of the transitions though but I didn't trip up once this class!
Then I treated myself to a whirlpool and a 15 minute hot shower while I deep conditioned my hair.  Gotta let my gym membership pay for itself!  ;)
