I have been sick and have not been working out...so let's see...
9/27: 3.5 mile walk with Neighbours
9/28: 10 mins elliptical, resistance/weights
I am now almost at my pre-pregnancy weight. Not only for Cars but for Jax as well (I was already REALLY FAT when I got pregnant with Dex). Whoo-hoo! However, that was still 15 pounds over my wedding/ideal/realistic weight.

Saturday: 30 mins on elliptical, weights/resistance training, ab work. Planning 3 mile walk tonight with Neighbour #2*
*N#2 used to walk with me and N#1 when we started walking last August. But then she got pregnant with twins and doctor told her not to walk becuase she was not gaining any weight. She started walking again (her babies are 5 months old).
